We can hope that if this all fails as it should it will serve as a warning to future legislatures for at least 50 years not to try anything like it.

Given the way they've dogged net neutrality and the modest improvement that was Obamacare, I would say very little would deter the greedy, sniveling, bent-backed cowards in Congress
