We can make changes in our personal lives that are climate friendly while working as part of a larger force for systemic progress at the same time. I don’t want to waste time on why one is better or more important than the other and I do see a lot of that going on now.

Individual action is the easy part if you actually want to do it, IMO. My business is already purchasing its consumption in carbon offsets and I have a plan to ramp up to carbon negative over time. Getting policy passed though? Yikes.
