@greengart Google's trying to *discourage* shared file storage on Android to protect against malware - it's the way of the modern app world. -
@elkmovie Apple's primary motive in hiding the file system is simplicity, not security. -
@greengart Perhaps it was, but at this point the security implications would strongly discourage them from adding it.
