polynomial with random roots in the unit circle. almost a Blaschke product. Easy to make. You can find them under mushrooms.

That is also a good example in nature. I think there's probably going to be more market for artificial fingerprints, than artificial mushrooms. Especially if you can mathematically prove a fingerprint to be artificial.
