instead of finite chained polygons, circles some things are moving around each circle there are countably infinite circles and pairwise the rotation of adjacent marked circles is irrational

Not sure what you mean... something like this? (there is some freedom in the relative phase of the different horocycles, also this uses the binary tiling, because the tiling from the original picture is harder and IMO makes less sense to make a continuous version of)pic.twitter.com/wKSOhJoih8
