    Can't get the item sent to a store then they can physically exchange. And If I reorder it's at the higher price and I'll be footing £3.99 x 2 postage.

    I'm trying to get an "exchange". But the price has gone up and I want them to honour the 20%. That seems fine but they can't generate a code which will work. They want to do a voucher or gift card. Seems more complicated than it should be!
