People complaining about others "being meanies" don't deserve sympathy. They deserve ridicule. Toughen up and deal with it. These people were raised in soft households and aren't able to take it (but they can dish it fine).
I've been in many "toxic" environments and I'm thankful for them. They make me stronger and I don't expect people to baby me. I expect the same from other. This behavior they point to is just weak. I've taken worse.
