@TeamYouTube a Neo-Nazi submitted a completely false DMCA notice on my video, which I downloaded from YouTube pursuant to ToS 6(c) that gives me license, and under fair use. I submitted counter-notification saying that. It was rejected for no reason. Help.

The video came from YouTube, that means I can download it and re-upload it. They're denying me counternotification improperly.

It's a news video. There is fair use.

Update — the counter notification you submitted was rejected. It appears that you don't have necessary rights to post the content on YouTube. You can check your email for more info. More about our policies here https://yt.be/help/Ze9J

But that's just not the case! #1. It's a fair use of the video for news purposes and #2. The video was published to YouTube originally and that confers a license to me to download and use it under ToS 6c. But #1. is all that matters. It's reported material about public figures.
