You have to be realistic and stop blaming the system, white people, firearms, etc and acknowledge the "hood" culture that promotes violence, crime, and gangs.

Hopefully things turn around for Chicago. I am optimistic and hoping for the best although I am still cautious. Realistically Democratic leadership has not fared well up to this point. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results...
