More extraordinary tales of senior police nepotism in London. Apparently you are an 'internal terrorist' if you raise issues about the appalling new IT system. They also said this when we objected to PPAF, Direct Entry and degreegate, all now gone. #lionsledbydonkeys

It’s fair to say since October RU has likely doubled the force deployed in Ukraine, and significantly reduced the length of the front being defended after retreating from Kherson. Force density has therefore increased relative to territory being occupied. 5/

After Kharkiv & Kherson, the Russian military was at its most vulnerable going into the winter. Mobilization helped stabilize Russian lines, raise manning levels, and establish reserves. Consequently, Ukraine no longer enjoys a significant manpower advantage. 2/

The Soviet ЭШ 6/45 Walking Excavator is like a living piece of post-apocalyptic artwork. The rust, the mismatched curtains, even the fact it's decades old and built in a country which no longer exists.

In this map by the EMSC you can tell how two separate faultlines have been activated. While initially the aftershocks moved on a southwest axis, the second earthquake has been followed by aftershocks moving northwest. Clearly shows that the two earthquakes were separate events.

The exposé in The Times on Raab’s ‘bullying’ doesn’t exactly give the accusations much credence… His diary was difficult to manage, he was particular about document formatting and he told officials when work was poor quality. Sounds like a typical place of work…

Because the United States and its allies refuse to provide Ukrainian defenders with long-range missiles and attack aircraft, the Russians are keeping ammunition dumps and troop concentrations at a safe distance. The invaders have been left undisturbed to prepare a new offensive.

This is what a top quality depot level tank overhaul facility looks like. Note the housekeeping - cleanliness - and organization of tools, jigs, assemblies and part bins. There is a chain drive in the floor to hook vehicles into & pull them forward. 1/

Happy anniversary to when I got battered by some random man for absolutely no reason and the police did nothing as they claimed they couldn’t get CCTV of the incident (IN SOHO) as cameras apparently aren’t allowed to point at the street anymore because of GDPR…

By mid-2019, the Wuhan Institute of Virology lab knew that they had discovered an incredibly interesting new lineage of SARS-like viruses. In Dec 2019, a novel coronavirus from that lineage caused an outbreak in their city.

Another thesis, from June 2019, describes an entirely new lineage of SARS viruses under study at the WIV - the lineage that SARS2 is in - and you can see from the figure that there were 9 in total: Ra4991 and eight others.

I have heard of Panjshiri men being plucked from the street or abducted from their homes, taken to "unknown locations", and then returned with some of their toes missing. I have also heard of secret prisons in Panjshir where the prisoners have their genitals "pressed".

Another indicator of just how little 13 years of Tory government has changed the Blair-Brown state - the share of individuals receiving more in benefits than they pay in taxes never even got back to 2006 levels, and has now hit record levels.
