Learn this phrase: "I have no organized plan to cause immediate harm to myself or others." Keeps you out of lock-up.

I actually learned to avoid saying anything that could get me sent to suicide jail, which is really not a good thing because if I ever do become suicidal again, no one will ever know until it's too late or somehow resolves itself.

This is a difficult place to be and I also understand it.
And I’m sorry that any of us ever has to function this way.
Wishing you the emotional fortitude to keep yourself in a safe place. - 1 more reply

Tw: self harm Last time i went to a doctor about it he shrugged, said there wasn't anything he could do, said my amount of self harm was fine told me to call somewhere with a massive waiting list, after waiting ages told me they couldnt help because I'm too "complicated"...

I’ve been locked up twice. Heavily mistreated the second time around; not receiving proper care or medication for a secondary physical condition. It teaches people not to speak up when it falls on deaf ears or one is essentially punished for asking for help.
