The general consensus among speakers is: Power in the legislature is limited to a handful of party leaders in the majority and committee chairs who can bottle up even bills with bipartisan support. That makes it difficult for OTHER legislators to represent citizens at all.

Shell's Plastic plant has officially been operational for 2 months today.
In just 2 months Shell has received 2 notice of violations from the PA DEP, reported 5 malfunctions, and only alerted the community ONCE of flaring despite having multiple flaring events.
