Tasks-in-interaction gave me a dozen interesting ideas for future tools that facilitate collaboration both in incident and in more mundane actions. Existing tools have “a rather restricted view of collaboration”.

Humans and Automation had some unexpected gems about management of alarms and presented a lot of trade offs. My fav bit: "To the extent that a system is made less vulnerable to operator error through the introduction of automation, it is made more vulnerable to designer error."
