@gpdawson @tuxtina I think that's the point. It wasn't a false positive. The account, which had apps from the developer, *was* doing fraud.

@gpdawson @tuxtina So it's up to Apple whether they want to ban all matching accounts. Otherwise they may miss some fraudulent accounts.

@rosyna @tuxtina Right, but anyone can transfer ownership of apps to another account. There's no certainty he had any control after xfer.

@rosyna @tuxtina So if I bought an app from another developer, and later they committed fraud. is my account going to be closed too?

@gpdawson @tuxtina Not if the bank account info doesn't match. Although one would hope they also changed the bundle ID prefix.
