Why are you not knocking on @realDonaldTrump ‘s door & working on getting us the national help we need here in Nebraska and getting this in front of national media so people know this is a National Disaster, not just some high winds & road closings? We need you to step up for us!

Trump reallocated all FEMA $$$ to build concentration camps to cage brown children n babies in Texas. No FEMA $$$ are coming. And Ricketts knows it. Texas flood victims from 2017, Puerto Rico, Camp Fire Cali victims/ ALL still waiting FOR FEMA $$$ NE is screwed!

Time for some big government intervention. Those communities need FEMA and all the help they can get.

Climate change increases the intensity of storms. Hence the heavy amount of water dumped by the storm and the historic flooding.

Oh my god. Most of the water came from the melting of snow that was ALREADY ON THE GROUND. You need to be checked out by medical personnel. I’m not so sure you can think cognitively

@SenSasse is a #coward - Sasse tarnished his carefully crafted reputation as a thoughtful, independent, constitutional conservative by supporting Trump's emergency declaration. https://reason.com/blog/2019/03/14/ben-sasse-national-emergency-senate-vote … #SaturdayThoughts

Does this mean global climate change is actually a thing and not a Chinese conspiracy? Can we all start acting like grownups and do something about it now?
