Not too honest, because it should factor in population density, which would normally be a big advantage for SD, but has been squandered. ND a better comparison, they have fared well since passing the mask mandate.

But you simply can not compare governing a state of less than 900,000 to other highly populated ones...what worked for you doesn't mean it works for all.
