In South Dakota, every driver and front seat passenger of a passenger vehicle operated on a public highway must wear a properly adjusted and fastened safety seat belt system at all times when the vehicle is in forward motion. Gee-how can you mandate this and not masks????? Hmmm

“46% of participants wore the mask as recommended”. Yeah, and if you don’t wear a condom as recommended you’re going to get pregnant. Masks work if you wear them consistently and properly.
