I’m curious: would/should Pruneyard apply to Twitter?
It's not entirely crazy to say social media has supplanted the shopping mall in the 2020s just as the shopping mall supplanted the town square in the 1970s. But it's not an argument any court has accepted so far. Cal Supreme Ct would more likely overturn Pruneyard than extend it.
