    First Amendment Law: Twitter is not a state actor and is not bound by the First Amendment. It can ban him if it pleases. Contract law: Berenson agreed to the terms of service and in any event Section 230 bars his claims. Drug/Vaccine law: ...are not applicable to Twitter.

        Pruneyard, at least at this time, only applies to petition gathering. If it were to come up today, the SC would almost certainly reverse.
