I thought if you voted "no" you didn't thereafter get to vote at all. In the recall effort against Gray Davis, Davis was not a candidate to replace ... himself.
Hi. I'm one of the 46 candidates running for California Governor. I can 100% guarantee you that you do not get to vote for Newsom on the second question. Anyone who says otherwise is confused or lying.

If you write him in, it won't count b/c Sec. 11381 of the election code says, "No person whose recall is being sought may be a candidate to succeed himself or herself at a recall election..."
