    This is 100% correct. A politician who claims to know everything knows nothing.

    No on the recall and I don't know who Daniel Watts is but he is the only replacement candidate on the recall vote that didn't annoy the shit out of me.

    First Amendment Law: Twitter is not a state actor and is not bound by the First Amendment. It can ban him if it pleases. Contract law: Berenson agreed to the terms of service and in any event Section 230 bars his claims. Drug/Vaccine law: ...are not applicable to Twitter.

    I'm seeing more and more polls like this showing that the "no name" candidates are beating Kevin Faulconer and John Cox. It might be an interesting angle for a story: why are people who are spending no money on their campaigns more popular than the millionaires?

    Twitter denied my verification request because they didn't consider the Secretary of State to be a reliable source. I can reapply in a month after the election is over. This website is so dumb.

    In the Ninth Circuit, which includes California, the First Amendment right to record the police is clearly established law. I hope the Supreme Court holds that it's the law everywhere.

    The Supreme Court hasn't ruled on whether recording the police in public spaces is a First Amendment right. This could be the year it does.

    I am voting NO on the CA governor recall, but just in case, I’m also selecting a Democrat replacement. After reviewing the handful of Democrat candidates, we should be in good hands with Daniel Watts . If we consolidate behind one candidate, we’re covered!
