For farmers and landowners, the Waters of the US rule epitomizes federal red tape and hurts our rural communities. We sent a letter to with 24 other governors opposing the latest version of the rule and asking them to hold off while SCOTUS decides.

(1/2) Almost 4 years ago, Utah became the 2nd state in the nation to pass a Clean Slate Law. This allows old and minor criminal records to be expunged if an individual is crime free for a set period of time.
