Your article is spot on as to why
#RightToTry failed at the state level. However, Expanded Access (Compassionate Use) is cumbersome and our#ClinicalTrials system needs overhauling. Thusly, leaving terminal patients with little to no options. -
Again, agreed, but the question is WHY is expanded access cumbersome? The answer includes a million things, but it notably does NOT include the FDA, which is super fast re expanded access. And what is the things Right to Try targeted? The FDA.
