      Acupuncture, massage, and manipulation rec provided by low quality evidence in recommendation 1. Mod quality if you are looking to at rec 2. Agree it's better than putting someone on opioids, but doesn't mean there is data to support it

          More from the Canadian Recommendations: There is some evidence that Viniyoga and Iyengar types of yoga can be helpful in the treatment of chronic low back pain. No evidence was found to support recommending other types of yoga.
