Gorskons statement stands. The writer has asserted 3 case overlap is a thing. it is not. she has also said 4 case overlap is a thing. it is not. Certain specialists overlap elective cases, in practice it is relatively unusual. In the literature its risks are low or absent.

By overlap this is 2 cases, and the pattern is to stagger so that assistants and advanced trainees perform the noncritical portions. The writer is purposefully misrepresenting practice and the literature as part of a consistent conspiratorial pattern.

Exactly, and #TheResident exaggerating how many rooms are concurrently in use to makes it sounds as though doing more than overlapping noncritical parts of cases is the norm, all to make more money, of course.
