I've dissected a number of these "testimonials" over the years, ranging from Stanislaw Burzynski patients to other quacks. They are almost never convincing evidence suggesting efficacy. They exist to sell product.

Don't have time to look at all details, but sure he looks dubious! That, of course, does not mean alkaline treatments don't work. Maybe they do, maybe they don't.
