Methinks he really doesn't understand what quacks are saying when they say "alkaline" treatment cures cancer, does he? Hint: It's not what researchers at Moffitt are saying—or researchers whom I personally know who've published in this realm are saying either.https://twitter.com/larshaakon/status/962979268090368000 …

In quacks' lingo "alkalinization" refers to diet, "detox," and sometimes the injection of sodium bicarbonate right into the tumor. I have written on this topic many times. Robert O. Young and his "pH Miracle Living" quackery is perhaps the most famous example.

What is your view on the research by Dr Robert Gillies of Moffitt then? Is it just quackery? And this trial, also just quackery: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4970867/ … ? PS: Like you, I certainly don't condone unsupported claims that a treatment works, unless backed by evidence.

I fear that you really aren't understanding what I'm trying to say to you. THIS IS NOT THE SAME THING.
