Gotta go now. but it seems we don't understand each other. I like the research of Dr Gillies & co. Interesting area. And, as you know, it does indicate that sodium bicarbonate or other alkaline treatments *could* be beneficial for cancer patients. More evidence needed of course.

As a fellow cancer patient, I implore you to learn more about this and consider the input from *actual* cancer researchers & oncologists before you continue this crusade that tragically looks an awful lot like you're endorsing "alkaline treatment" for cancer. Misleading & harmful

I attest! This is not about dietary changes to stop or prevent cancer, this is about exploring whether a public good for tumor cells (the lactic acid that helps tumor cells with invasion and metabolism) could be targeted

Whereas most modern cancer drugs target pathways or cytokines, this is a novel approach where the tumor metabolism is the target. There’s some solid basic science supporting this trial
