Those of us who know what cancer quacks who claim "alkalinization" is the cure for cancer or the ultimate in cancer prevention know what these quacks actually claim. You, I'm afraid, clearly do not, hence your response.

Cancer, and quacks, suck. There is no doubt about it. But anecdotes about patients dying after having tried this or that treatment certainly don't constitute scientific evidence one way or the other. That we do agree on, right?

Seriously. You are not understanding what I'm trying to say. What is being done at Moffit and what cancer quacks are using as "alkalinization" ARE NOT THE SAME THING. Also, it is up to advocates to show that something works, not to skeptics to show that it doesn't.
