In any event, Bialik hasn't really changed, at least not much. She still spews antivax talking points but has just decided that she thinks #CovidVaccine is OK because of how bad #COVID19 is.https://youtu.be/5MY0Mzq3mhs

For a reminder, this is the sort of antivax nonsense she was spewing in 2012. What she says in the video in the previous Tweet is not materially much different, if different at all, just "kinder, gentler" and more canny.https://respectfulinsolence.com/2012/02/21/say-it-aint-so-amy-farrah-fowler/ …

Then there's the highly annoying "iT'S jUst A gaMe shOw!" response. They might have a point if this were
@WheelofFortune and not@Jeopardy. Me, I prefer my Jeopardy! hosts not to have a history of antivax utterances and hawking brain health" supplements. https://twitter.com/steve_magruder/status/1425525666230018050?s=20 …This Tweet is unavailable.Show this thread -
Which reminds me: Is
@missmayim going to continue to hawk bogus "brain health supplements"? Maybe they can rename@jeopardy "The Neuriva Jeopardy Show."

You can still buy Mayim Bialik’s pseudoscientific book, which includes this anti-vax section and points people to “resources” by anti-vax doctors Lauren Feder and Bob Searspic.twitter.com/wIy2FspxuU

To clarify: this is from the first edition of the book. Apparently there is a second edition of the book that we haven’t seen.

You would think someone who talks so much about being an actual scientist, who has pyut in the work for a degree, would know better and do better. This is dissapointing. Like, I am not a scientist (BS in Business Administration) and I have a grasp on vaccines).
