I was surprised to see a doctor with one of the biggest medical YouTube channels appearing on a livestream with cupping marks all over their body. I haven't come across this person actively pushing it in their videos, so maybe a personal thing?

I don't want any hickeys from any cups, glasses, or mugs. I don't know them like that. Also, I'd look silly and it doesn't do anything

Cupping is only supposed to reduce pain. Never tried it. - I was a little more surprised by the mention of
#Kinesiotape. People with#EhlersDanlos use it to help prevent their joints from painful#subluxations. I won't try that either- glue sets off#MastCell.

If it helps the brain develop the confidence to win a gold, it’s probably worth it (e.g. Phelps). At that level, it’s whoever has the mental edge for the day.

Whenever I see one of those cupped backs I think of the salt vampire in Star Trek. Hickeys to extract salt from humans makes about as little sense as hickeys for health/athleticism.pic.twitter.com/Lfa9zDNjPk
