This is, of course, confirmation bias at its worst. No evidence, just his feeling that there "seem" to be more DOs promoting science denials than MDs.🙄https://twitter.com/Bigsmiffy438/status/1419612686195720194 …

Amongst the high profile science deniers there does seem to be more DOs than MDs. Some DOs still also practice OMT, which is pseudoscience It may have become better more recently

Plus no other countries recognize an osteopath degree as equivalent to an MD. Leave the quackery at home. Might as well just get an MD if they’re the same

Just as anecdotal by my own doctor is a DO and 100% on science side. She's great.

Exactly what I came here to say: Let me provide my own anecdote! My doctor is a DO and she's great and totally science-based.

Would be interesting to see statistics, but why would a science-believer choose to become a DO instead of an MD, if not (at least at some level) considering "allopathic", evidence-based medicine wrong? What kind of person freely chooses quackery+science instead of just science?

I also noticed you didn’t post the same about the confirmation bias and anecdote posts that happened to agree with you I actually agree with you, but gave a non serious post about what I thought was the appearance of it, Publicly mocking me just makes me not like you
