Well then it sounds dangerous and inhumane to put a trans woman in a men's prison

Women aren't human shields. Lobby for third spaces.

So instead of lobbying for a space that would make everyone safer you are choosing to use women as a human shield. Yeah, see that's why we don't take you seriously. If safety was your concern, you'd jump at the chance. But it isn't. You want validation. No!

Have you got any data for assaults on cis women by trans women and, for comparison, cis men and other cis women, in toilets, changing rooms and prisons?

Have you? How are we supposed to gather that data if crimes committed by males are recorded as crimes committed by females? Wouldn't the people who want to change the existing arrangement be the ones who'd need to present the data?

I’m not the one claiming we are suddenly at greater risk of assault because of trans women using the same spaces - something which has been happening for decades btw.

No it hasn't been "happening for decades" Why are you lying? Gender reassignment not self-id is a protected characteristic. The word trans used to mean transsexual. Now it means - whoever says they are, including cross dressers. Upwards of 85% of transwomen are fully intact males

I’ve no idea how old you are but as a mid 50s cis woman I can assure you trans women have been using the same loos/changing rooms as me since I was at least in my early 20s. Also, it may surprise you to know in the early days of women’s refuges men also sometimes accessed them.

She complains about the number of 'intact' transgender women. She ignores the cost of gender reassignment surgery. Not every person has that extra 20K pounds or 50K USD laying around for it.

It's probably way more than that. Telling, though, that this is what she is complaining about.
