I worry for Andy, He has been such a stalwart defender of science for many years, but this trans thing seems to have tipped him over the edge. Its all he tweets about now.

Yeah, it's really, really sad to me. Back when I was an up-and-coming blogger, I looked up to Andy as an example of how to do it right. I just don't know what's happened to him—and a lot of my former skeptical heroes.
