The American version of capitalism is almost unique, possibly because Europeans just wouldn't play along. Only the UK is trying to mirror it.

This sounds great, but nobody is asking the right question…will this store last long term. Getting paid and having benefits only works if the restaurant actually is profitable.

Well... They've gotten far enough to have 51 locations. Obviously tons of places expand too far and collapse in on themselves, but this is far more than a 1 yr old business with nothing but ideals
