Basically, for
#ivermectin to work against#SARSCoV2, there has to be a mechanism different from any of the antiviral mechanisms thus proposed. Possible, but unlikely, hence my assessment of low prior probability. -
Basically a meta-analysis result like your reanalysis + low prior probability = highly likely that the drug does not work.

When they tested it in vitro, did they test different concentrations or just a single concentration that is higher than would be administered in vivo?

In addition to that, the level of effect claimed by most proponents of ivermectin for covid is not compatible with the evidence available. If the effect is there at all it's extremely unlikely to be a large one.
