I mean, do you not know who Mike Adams is? It's theoretically *possible* that he could get the science right about *something*, leading to a reevaluation of a hypothetical position that we share not massively changing my conclusion. It's just incredibly unlikely. 
It's the intellectual equivalent of looking around, seeing your mortal enemy nearby, and saying, "wtf are *you* doing here? Wait, wtf am *I* doing here?" It's what reflective critical thinkers do.
