I am a senior qualified and registered yoga teacher. I undertook science studies for a BSc and I pursue ongoing studies on credible scientific evidence for yoga practice. If people are medically unwell then I see my role as complementary to the allopathic path. 1/2

Many clients are not medically unwell, but learning how to be mindful, relax, deal with stress, breathe better, eat healthier, and undertake the physical exercise aspects of yoga, is helpful as long as the practice is tailored to the client. With respect, Shanti 2/2
