I follow them very closely on social media and I have never heard them suggest that ivermectin should be used instead of getting a vaccine.

They are not taking the vaccine themselves and are not giving it to their 15 year old daughter which is child abuse.

They don't have a daughter and it isn't child abuse to not force your kid to take a vaccine which has only an emergency approval from the FDA and has not gone through any long-term studies in humans. Not to mention, C19 has a lower mortality rate in children than the regular flu.

Chris Kavanagh @C_KavanaghJesus, it’s not just Bret and Heather who are using Ivermectin, a completely unproven treatment, as an alternative to vaccination. They explain on this episode their 15 year old son is taking it too.
This comes out when Heather recounts her outrage...

Son. Any unvaccinated person can shed the virus and can be a vehicle for the virus to mutate and escape the vaccines.

Yes, I am aware of that. Still doesn't make it child abuse. Also ivermectin has been used for a variety of treatments. It is NOT an untested drug. And, they gave their son's a choice to take it or not.

The issue is not if it's safe. The issue is if it's effective and there's no evidence of this so far.

That isn't true. There have been studies to suggest that it IS effective which is why they are taking it and allowing their sons the option to take it.

I’ll bite. Cite the peer reviewed randomized clinical trials that show ivermectin to be efficacious against
#COVID19. I’ll wait.7 replies 0 retweets 7 likes -

There’s a considerable amount of evidence to support the claim that Ivermectin is an effective treatment against COVID-19. https://flccc.net/flccc-ivermectin-in-the-prophylaxis-and-treatment-of-covid-19/ …
