Not homeopathic crap, but it's certainly happened with vitamins. In 2014 a B50 supplement with enough anabolic steroids to cause noticable issues got recalled. I was going to do this stunt once, but the “homeopathic” sleeping pills at Walgreens were 1x (1:10) valerian root. So they were just an herbal remedy being marketed as homeopathic. That could have really messed me up.

But if the principles of homeopathy were correct, an overdose of homeopathic valerian root would keep me awake for days!
