You are willing to say "mostly not a thing". Good. The editorial you cite says there is "NO" thing (i.e. "COVID heart"). These edicts from Prasad who recently issued one on COVID-19 vaccines in 12-15 year olds and Prasad brooks no discussion, he blocks those not agreeing .

We know that. Nonetheless, it's not as though writers have no input. I've seen writers object to headlines and get them changed, especially ones as prominent as Prasad.
