Ms. Lahren clearly doesn’t understand the simple concepts of probability and risk reduction. This is a common example of the Nirvana fallacy, in which if an intervention is not absolutely 100% effective it’s dismissed as useless or not working.

Also, likely, confirmation bias as well, in which she remembers things that conform to her preexisting biases and forgets things that don't.
