What's the loudest concert you ever attended?

Ted damaged my hearing at a 1977 show at the Civic Arena In Pittsburgh. Caveat emptor.

I saw him in 1978 at the Pontiac Silverdome. Hilariously, his opening act was…The Cars. I kid you not. The Cars. Let’s just say that Nugent fans did not much appreciate The Cars.

Me too. I couldn't hear for a week. I was off-balance from the hissing and ringing in my ears.

Same here. Double Live Gonzo Tour in 1977 maybe? I saw him two or three times after that and none ever were anywhere close to that show.

Mid 70's, 3rd row stage left. It was Ted, Aerosmith and Kansas. Everyone was loud, but Ted was not to be outdone. He cranked it up. My ears rang for days after.

That’s another one my husband dragged me too, we were also members of the Charlie Daniels fan club, I’m so ashamed, I want my money back. Stevie Ray Vaughn was so good though, I miss him, we saw him at least 5 times.

As a teen, my girlfriend LOVED him. I went to 3 concerts of his, mostly with her on my shoulders. Loud and pain filled.
