I like how his arguments are completely destroyed by the evidence that he still has a platform, he's free to keep writing these crappy songs, and free to preform them. And we're free to tell him his songs and his message are crap. That's literally freedom of speech.

They're like every other right wing asshat out there whining about 'freedom of speech'. They can have all the freedom of speech they want, no one is obliged to give, or sell, them a platform. As for saying the music they're spinning out is crap? Ahem, freedom of speech.

It's almost as though they don't realize that "freedom of speech" does NOT mean freedom from criticism for that speech or freedom from consequences due to that speech.
