Most "free market fundamentalists" are actually just shills for corporatism. They want corporations to have unfettered ability to exploit people and the planet, primarily as a vehicle for upward wealth transfer. A body of peasants who have to work or die is good for corporations

Exactly. With pre-existing conditions in our family, the ACA marketplace is what gave me the ability to leave a company plan and cofound what is now a 12 year old very successful company that employs many. ACA wasn’t ideal, but a sufficient financial & health safety net.
