I can't think of a single one that wasn't already nearly that long anyway.https://twitter.com/DevonESawa/status/1373363385178406914 …

I’m more inclined to think of films that could be *shorter* than any (other than ones that feature wizards and hobbits) that need to be four freaking hours long.

I agree with The Hobbit trilogy. Those movies were already too long to begin with. However, The Lord of the Rings extended cuts were simply sublime, as they included bits that really added to the story.

In any event, I tend to agree. Most films more than 2 hours long really should have been shorter, particularly superhero films. I found my mind wandering a lot, for instance, during the last two Avengers films.

Confession: I dozed off at some point during the final Avengers film.

This is exactly why I probably won't watch
#ZackSnydersJusticeLeague. I mean, four hours? For a superhero movie?2 replies 0 retweets 1 like
Also, regarding Avengers:Endgame. It took me three attempts to finally get through it because I fell asleep partway through the movie twice. I had to watch it in the afternoon, so that I was wide awake and wouldn't fall asleep on the couch.
