Another question for Condé Nast HR: what message do they think it sends to the readers of Teen Vogue that something dumb you say as a teenager can ruin your career? Will Teen Vogue be addressing this issue?

Indeed... he should read Sapolsky, as should the editors of Teen Vogue, if they think their readers have "the intellectual ability to engage in complex and nuanced discussions"... they aren't wired that way....

Ok, however “not wired that way” doesn’t = unable to strengthen prefrontal cortex, otherwise we have to write off teens as incapable of enhancing neural connections necessary to build those skills. *Not suggesting reading TeenVogue will do that*

Malcolm Gladwell was born in the same maternity hospital as me. Interesting that Blackbrook Maternity Home heard the first cries of one of the World’s most stupendous intellects. Oh and Malcolm Gladwell’s as well.

I like to think that
@Gladwell does for complicated topics what PCA does for multidimensional data sets. It sort of resembles the original, and gives you an inkling of some salient details, but understanding one doesn't equate to understanding the otherThanks.
