What planet is Sullivan living on? The evidence that there is massive cultural and racial bias "baked into" standardized tests like the SAT is overwhelming, with recognition of the problem having grown over the last couple of decades.

in and of themselves, means to measure such things rather then introduce them. Moreover, they already function as social mobility engines for underprivileged students, and do so better than recommendation letters or other "social credit" stuff...
