I surprise myself sometimes. That inside voice says and thinks things I would never say out loud. I catch myself and am astonished at the depth of my ‘training’.... I have worked very hard to find and examine those aspects of who I am. I think the growth continues until we don’t.

I look at this same assaying”you are wrong” to me. If your response is “no I’m not”, “I’ve never been wrong” etc., says a lot about the person and its not good. My response would be, “Tell me how? What am I doing incorrectly?” Presume good faith until proven otherwise.
