I wondered if antivaxxers did this with private practice docs too. They’ve emailed and called my department chair and cancer center director’s office a number of times before to complain about me or try to get me fired.https://twitter.com/DBelardoMD/status/1369856551695966213 …

Either that, or the fake review either mentions my blog or says that I mentioned it. (I NEVER bring up my blogs or Twitter feed to patients unless they bring it up first or ask me about it.)
-
I mean there’s no reason to bring it up, if you’re asked of course you respond as maybe it would assuage a patient who is concerned about online critiques, however, you are in a clinical setting, you are there to deal with their health problem, not self-promote.

Yeah, it’s not even about about your work with patients (don’t you largely work in oncology?) There’s very little reason to discuss vaccines with your oncological surgeon. Also, thanks for your work.
-
Basically, the only time I discuss vaccines with my patient is when the, for instance, ask about
#CovidVaccine. Prepandemic, sometimes they’d ask about the flu vaccine. - Show replies
